My Dear George — Letter to George Hunt — Chicago to Estero
Scope & Content:
The letter begins; "My Dear George: Your letter came to hand promptly, but I have not so promptly replied. The fact is the parties coming with money came with a big family but no money. I have had to furnish John Clinchey's brother with $300. which I borrowed from the bank today." He talks about some income from the Lawrence[?] estate. He closes by asking about the sick and says "Things are moving slowly", then says "Tell the folks who want their [teeth?] fixed that I think an arrangement will be completed soon for its accomplishment."
