Scope & Content:
This is a 1995 copy of the original death certificate for Annie Ordway (Victoria Gratia). Section 18 of the certificate was blocked from the copy, (cause of death). Note the name of Annie's father was Henry Glosson. Also, her husband is listed as Dr. "Sharles" Graves. I assume this is a typo, which should be "Charles"
