This is a printed card with a decorateive border. The form has a small hole in one end, appearing to be for a chain or string. The form reads: "Greeting to my disciples and friends:" Then, a printed line has the signature, "Cyrus", followed by the remainder of the printing: "The Lord's Anointed, Shepherd of the Koreshan Dispensation." At the bottom, written in ink similar to the name is: "Oct 18 — 50", which would be assumed to mean 18 October (Teed's birthday) A.K. 50, or 1889 A.D.
