Notes for Jesse R. PIKE:

THE KORESHAN UNITY MEMBERSHIP LIST by Claude J. Rahn: Mildred Redding married Jesse Pike

THE AMERICAN EAGLE; Community Current Events by L. W. Bubbett; July 1947: "On April 8 we were pleasantly surprised to have as callers at the Unity Mr. and Mrs. Jesse R. Pike of Summit, New Jersey. They proved charming guests and entertained us as much, perhaps, as we entertained them. Mrs. Pike prior to her marriage was Mildred Redding, who came to the Unity with her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Fred Redding, from Massachusetts in 1905. Mr. Redding died a year later, and mother and daughter returned north. Mildred was a girl of 14, but she remembered well the scenes of her girlhood and recalled the names of most of those residing here at that time."
