FOLKS WE KNEW WHILE IN THE K.U. by Marie McCready; Ruth Miller: "Alice and Jeanie were sisters. While they were still "outside Koreshans" in Chicago, there was a pageant depicting the battle of San Juan Hill in the Spanish-American War, and it could be seen free from the long porch of the Miller's apartment so they invited Unity members to be their guests, including Lovelle and me."
