Description:
This is a very unusual view of the Unity grounds. Presumably taken from the Dining Hall, because of the height, this view is looking toward the west. To the left can be seen the "Brother's Log House" and the bridge crossing the canal. The small building to the right of the Log house would be the Carpentry Shop according to the "Reeves Study" (see p.67). The building(s) in the distance can either be the Pineapple Shed (Reeves, B—18, p.67) or possibly the "Members Houses" (Reeves, B—47—51, p. 71) along the river. The most striking part of this is the lack of growth and vegetation.
