Description:
There are two prints, (see also 5—017) showing the Koreshan Unity Store, front view. This is a postcard written by Franklin Jaecke to his mother. The other side of the card holds the text. This is a scanned copy of the original. The text reads: "Dear Mother, Via separate mail have sent you a jar of nice chocolates for 'Mothers Day' and hope you will be able o relish them. It is a long time since I wrote you, but wil write you a real letter on od [sic] these days soon. Tourists have nearly all gone north and we will not be so busy from now on.".
