Description 
|
| The log house, identified in Herbert/Reeves as the "Men's Log
House". Herbert/Reeves also speak of this being the first
settlement constructed dormitory for men and that Teed lived in
the southeast corner of the first floor until the construction
of the founder's home in 1896. The photograph shows a man
identified as "David" [Richards?] sitting on the porch of the breezeway. Note
the thatched roof.
